Note, that you should remove/uninstall older versions of Money first. So far, Microsoft has done little to make people aware of the new version, other than posting it for download. I don't know whether the error was a bug, or if it only affected MS Money, but the effect of fixing it seems to indicate that MS is listening and just might be aware of the need to support this and other legacy applications in Win10. The "suck-it-and-see" approach would probably verify that for most users who might be interested in finding out.
